1. Exchange Terms by Product Type
Our products are categorised into two types:
a. In Stock: Clothing Items
b. In Stock: All other Items

1a. In Stock: Clothing Items
An exchange can be offered within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:
– The item is unused and returned in the same condition that you received it; and
– The item was purchased at regular price (exchanges are not available on sale a product unless it is defective or damaged); and
– The item is being exchanged for an identical item in a different size; or
– The item is defective or damaged.
If the above conditions are met, but an exchange item is not available, a refund may be offered.
If any of the above conditions are not met, an exchange cannot be offered.

1b. In Stock: All other Items
An exchange can be offered within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:
– The item is unused and returned in the same condition that you received it; and
– The item was purchased at regular price (exchanges are not available on sale a product unless it is defective or damaged); and
– The item is defective or damaged.
If the above conditions are met, but an exchange item is not available, a refund may be offered.
If any of the above conditions are not met, an exchange cannot be offered.

2. Exclusions
An exchange will not be offered on products in any category for:
– Change of mind; or
– Defect or damage due to misuse; or
– Defect or damage due to actions of someone other than The New Red.

3. Exchange Procedure
If you require an exchange, please email amy@thenewred.com.au with your Order Number, reason for exchange and alternate size (if applicable). We will respond within 3 business days to advise the approval or rejection of your request and provide a postal address for your return (if applicable). You will be responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend all items are sent with tracking. Once the item has been received, and confirmed to be unused and in the same condition that you received it, the exchange item will be sent to the same address as the original product within 5 business days.
