SIZE GUIDE.

Did you know, a universal Women’s Clothing Size Guide simply does not exist? That’s right – that’s why you can be completely different sizes across brands! I have collected a huge amount data across sewing patterns and retail labels to create the most streamline Size Guide possible, but there is always going to be some variation.

Remember: These are just numbers. They are here to help find clothing that fits you best, that makes you feel comfortable and look even better. It means nothing if it’s a different number than what you expected.

These measurements, listed in centimetres, are your body measurements and will be consistent across all TNR garments. To help you find the perfect fit, please also take a look at the information specific to your chosen garment.

Bust (cm) Waist (cm) Hips (cm)
8 84 70 94
10 89 75 99
12 94 80 104
14 99 85 109
16 104 90 114
18 109 95 119

TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS.

Grab yourself a flexible tape measure and strip down to your underwear with a mirror nearby. For the most accurate results, this should be done in the early part of the day – not right after you’ve eaten a big dinner!

Stand straight with your feet hip width apart. The tape should sit snug against your skin, but not tight. Wrap the tape around the area instructed, overlap the tape, take a breath in and out and note the measurement. Use the mirror to ensure the tape is sitting level.

BUST: Wrap the tape around your back and over the fullest part of your bust (usually right over the nipple), ensuring the tape sits straight across your back.

WAIST: Use the tape to find your natural waistline, usually above your bellybutton and below your ribcage. If you bend sideways, this should be where a crease forms.

HIP: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips, not to be confused with the hip bone. Try moving the tape up and down a little to make sure you are at the right point.
